Scholarships

The following are different types of scholarships available to the students every year:

• SC/ST/OBC stipend given by the State Govt.
• Merit Scholarship given by the State Govt.
• Some private Scholarships given by various Departments of the Institute.
• Stipend is paid through Kanyashree Prakalpa by the State Govt.
• Minority Scholarship is given by the State Govt.
• Institutional free-ship for the economically backward students.

Facilities Available for Students from SC / ST/ OBC and Economically Weaker Sections:

The support services/facilities available in this Institute for Students from SC/ ST/OBC and economically weaker sections are as follows:

• Scholarships are provided by the State Govt.
• Waiving of the tuition fees fully or partly are provided by the Institution for economically weaker sections of the students
• Reservations policy of the Central Govt. Regarding SC/ST/OBC is strictly followed during admission procedure.
• UGC sponsored remedial coaching classes
• UGC sponsored Career counselling/ guidance and Entry in service cell available.
• Special classes such as tutorial classes are provided.
