The Grievance Redressal Cell is responsible for investigating any complaints lodged by students and resolving them as required. Any academic or non-academic grievance within the campus can be expressed via the online/offline grievance/suggestion boxes. It is the institution's goal to solve student grievances within specified academic and non-academic matters within the campus through the online grievance box and online grievance form. As part of the institution's mission, students' grievances are addressed within stipulated time frames.
Grievance Redressal Mechanism:
Some complaint/suggestion boxes are provided in some important places of our college campus. It is opened periodically. The Grievances & Redressal Cell analyzes the nature of the grievances received and solves the issues. However, the cell can forward a complicated issue to the higher body.
Krishna Chandra College is a forward-thinking institution that understands the importance of effective communication and engagement with its students and stakeholders. To facilitate this, the college has implemented an Online Complaints/Suggestions system.
